Concert Bands! Performances!!
Watched TP concert band today at TP auditorium. Overall, I thought the performance was average only. I found the pieces played by the band very inconsistant. Sorry if any of you band members sees this ah =X.
On some pieces, the bass was good while the trebble was bad. On some others, vice versa.
And they seriously need to use the piano more!!! The piano on stage was like only for show only -.- it wasn't even used for more the 5 mins!!! DIAO -.-
Lik for the song "beauty & the beast", they did not use the piano at all eventhough it is suppose to be a piano piece. The sound which came out from the band was not bad.. But it coould've been MUCH MUCH better..
And also, there were no string instruments. Maybe just ONE, if you count the piano. But then again, it was hardly used at all. I believe the pieces that the band played could've been a hell load better if they add more string instruments into the band.
You might have to yank the volume up abit.
Here's an excellent band performance. "To Zanarkand" is a piano piece, and thus it starts off with the piano. But notice how they use the other instruments to enhance parts of the song. It shows off the Ups and Downs of the journey to zanarkand in the song, and is able to bring the mood of the song out.
A good performance would be when the band is able to bring the emotions of the song piece out and let the audience feel it.

Sunday, went for skye's bdae!
Went to PS' Cafe Cartel.
Switched to the outdoor area to enjoy this FABULOUS ice-cream!!! ^-^ Damnn, it tastes HEAVENLY!!!
AFter that, walked to paradiz centre to play some lan games!

After lan-gaming, went to the arcade. DIE!!!! (Aiya, let bdae boy win lah =P)

Ended the day off by indulging in some delicious tau huay and soy bean at this nearby place. IT WAS GOOD!!!
Some people are wierd.. One moment they act this way, and the next , another. And I'm feelin' irritated with some people's behaviour. What's the reason behind the change?!!!
Went swimming with Veron and LS today!!! I'm gonna train and do handstands underwater!!! WAHAHAH!!! And I'm BURNING now! I got sunburnt!!! >.< My body feels like a cooked lobster! Oh, and LS is DAMNNN GAY !!! He's lik so afraid that I'm gonna rape him in the changing room -.- He took his WHOLE bad into the cubicle and finished showering and went out of the changing room in less then 10 mins. -.- LOL!!!! If you wanna know more gay stuff about LS, pls invite him to go swimming with you. =)

Lazy Zzz..
Sorry, too lazy to blog these few days le.
Hmm.. these few days, never really go out. but then, I'm also rarely online. I'M GOING BACK TO MY MUSIC!!!
I've started piano-ing again. LOL!! The last time i touched the piano was in pri 3. Back then i really didn't like to play piano. My mum's a piano teacher. She forced me to play the piano when i was very young -.- Last time no say mah, so juz do mah XD However, i was very naughty and keep playing around. She got fed up and sent me to her fren for piano lessons. -.- My piano teacher wasn't my mum. LOL!!!
Hard to believe I can now sit 5 hours in front of the piano and just keep playing and playing and playing. Suddenly it feels so wonderful! Now i wanna get a keyboard!! WAHAHA!! Awesome sounds, awesome effects, awesome music! ^-^
John wants to send me to the big stage le! He's my cousin/ guitarist. (to casper: "you don't look like a casper, You look more like a Mike") ROFL!! I dowan!! Too early!! Imagine performing on stage at a wedding and have hundreds of eyes on you.. YIKES!
I miss playing drums =( So noisy, yet very fun. My new neighbour is a drummer!!! Maybe should get to know him better. Hehe.

I love songs that reflect me!! Don't you? Hehe. Maybe not. But when I hear songs that reflect who I am inside, I feel like I can appreciate the song more.
Went to help out at "Go-For-Gold" under BSC name. Went back to sch on Sat to help out with the preparations for the next day. Didn't really do much. Just got some Boxes and spent the rest of the day playing monopoly. Sun, went to Singapore River at 8am!!! Zzz. Had a nice sun-tanning time with ocassional "showers". My jeans were soaked, butt deep and it took many many hours for it to dry. -.- Thanks alot Karine =) -.-
Practically slacked away the first week of the sch hols! =D Feels kinda shiok ah!! HAHA.
Last Sun, went geylang at night for dinner!! The streets were so filled with lao ah peks and "chickens"! LOL!! The "chickens" were all so fat and ugly. Why do the lao ah peks wanna go "eat" them? So full of fats, = UNHEALTHY!! Hope they get "bird flu"! Wahaha!!
Exam results are coming out soon!!! Hope I don't have to retake any papers. I really didn't study for any of my papers. Only just read through. Just after CNY leh!! Where got mood to study~! -.- Lame system.
I've started playing maple!! LOL!!! It's fun!! ^-^ And i've reached level 10 after just a few hours of playing! hee!!! HUNTER!!!!
I love my imagination! ^-^ I don't know why we think of certain stuffs sometimes. VERY VERY RANDOM!! But I so love my imagination. I feel like I've left reality and gone into a world of my own =) P-E-R-F-E-C-T To end of this post, I would like to make a song dedication

Practically slacked the whole day away today! And my Jacket is SOOOOOOO nice to touch!! ^-^ . I can't stop touching it! The stripes are so soft and smooth!!! So nice to touch! It's been a great companion to me the whole of today! Kept me nice and cool throughout the rainy weather. I love it!
I want to eat durians!!!!
